Becky Neighbors is in her fourth year as the Northwest District Administrative Assistant.
A native of Van Buren, Becky spent time in Ozark, before returning to Van Buren in the seventh grade.
Becky and her husband, Jimmie, have two grown children and three granddaughters. They live in Fort Smith “just a mile” from the district office.
A member of Midland Heights UMC in Fort Smith, Becky serves as a greeter and part of the church’s leadership team and the graffiti removal team task force. She also helps coordinate outreach events in the church’s local mission field and attends a Life Recovery class.
She believes her number one responsibility is to “assist and equip,” the District Superintendent and the local churches (pastor/laity).
