Circuit Elders
The Circuit Elders for the Northwest District have been selected and have had their initial meeting. That meeting was a training session led by Kurt Boggan, the Director of the Center for Lay and Clergy Excellence in Leadership. Circuit Elders groups will begin to be called together this summer. The goals for the groups will be developing “peer to peer” relationships for support and encouragement, and the Circuit Elder providing assistance to congregations in the Charge Conference setting. Those selected and trained to serve as a Circuit Elder for the coming year are:
